The naturally cloudy apple juice from Streitlhof farm is produced with apples from the sun-kissed slopes of Dorf Tirol/Tirolo and conserved solely by a hot-filling process.

Your holiday breakfast egg will taste even better. Healthy free-range eggs from Melcherhof farm in the Passiria Valley. Here the term 'happy hens' is really apt!
Products from the organic Bachguter farm
Vegetables, fruit, honey... we spoil you with fresh organic products. The farm is well-known for its organic beekeeping in accordance with Bioland guidelines. We both place great value on self-sufficiency with healthy food.
My little Backery
Enjoy oven-fresh bread every morning from the new bakery in Dorf Tirol/Tirolo. This, together with the aroma of fresh coffee will let you start the new day invigorated and full of elan.
0 km and ripe fruit
We offer a select range of old apple varieties and traditional vegetables. For more variety on the breakfast table we continuously change our selection of delicious products. We use only really ripe fruit and vegetables for our delicious jams, a truly mouthwatering experience.
Local dairy
home-grown products are especially close to our hearts: seasonal, regional and tasty. Local cheeses from the local dairy and home-cured bacon according to grandpa Mathias' old, secret recipe.

Dorf Tirol/Tirolo lies above the spa town Meran/o and is the ideal place to start a hiking holiday in South Tyrol. Dorf Tirol is also a cultural centre with numerous cultural treasures, castles and churches. Stammburg, Castle Tirol, houses the museum for regional history, probably the most comprehensive historical collection in the region.
