Tradition
What we understand by this is that we are true to ourselves; we do not bend to the will of others just to please them. We respect our ancestors and the customs they have handed down to us, nevertheless we do not follow in others' footsteps. We have our own paths to follow and we leave our own tracks. That means we leave the past behind and turn to a new page in the book.
Family
is the most important thing in the world. Blood is thicker than water. Your family roots are what give you stability when you fall and the branches are the runways to take off and fly.
Sustainability
A modern word. We support our farmers by buying seasonal fruit and vegetables locally, and we are supplied by local food producers. Everything is a cycle and connected.
